5 Tips to Grow Your Twitter Followers

1. Start with the profile picture

When someone lands in your profile, your profile image is the first thing to catch your eye.

In particular, with new profiles in the center of the header where a picture is, people can really give a hint whether or not to click “follow.”

There are therefore three golden rules in choosing a suitable avatar:

1. Ensure that this is a “your” photo

You expect them to be a real person when you follow someone. And there literally are millions of fake accounts when it comes to the Twitter follower. That is why you must take care not to include a real picture on the internet, for example. In addition, if you are a business, you can create a Twitter account rather than simply add a logo to your personal profile in order to promote your company.

2. Ensure that it’s large enough

Many people tend to click on the avatar to see a larger image of a person’s profile. However, there are many people who have the picture as big as the frame size. What I would suggest to you is to resize your photo to say 300 by 300 pixels, so as soon as someone clicks on it it really gets bigger. A small, pixellated, and blurred image says that it’s not a good start, you don’t care about the smaller details.

2. Don’t forget about hashtags for Twitter followers

Hashtags are somewhat similar to using a certain keyword for making search engines higher in an article. If you are using them, you target the people with the words you have in your hashtags with your tweet.Click for Youtube views

1. Don’t have too many

Suppose you share your Twitter article and choose to add some hashtags in order to improve your visibility. The title is short, so you decide to include five hashtags since you won’t use much of your 160 character limit. Has this been a good move? No not so. And nobody likes such an obvious promotion. It looks just spammy. At most, I would say two or 3 togs.

2. Don’t be too particular

Contrary to Google, Twitter has no huge volume of search. Basically, this means that even if you use a broader term, you can see your message. On the other hand, nobody will probably see your Twitter search if you are too specific. I discovered, that the most retweets and favorites result with more general terms such as #Marketing, #SocialMedia, #Blogging, or #Design.

3. Get into guest blogging

Blogs from guests are a popular technique to build links. Many bloggers write guest articles there just because they want their search traffic improved. This is probably one of the reasons Google’s guest blog this year will be closely monitored.

In fact, guest blogging is far more than just a way of improving SEO. In fact, it is surely a way to raise awareness of your brand that your content is published on well-known, busy blogs.

This is possible by being a guest writer. For blogs such as Traffic Generation Cafe and Kikolani, I’ve written articles.

Even if my organic traffic increased with all those guest posts the most important benefit was that I was confronted by a new and very relevant audience. This led to an influx of new subscribers, supporters, and supporters.

4. Follow others with a strategy

Following new people on Twitter is a great way to find similar people and interesting information sources.

Another great advantage is that you can have more eyeballs on your content.

How can this be done?

Well, many people look at your profile on Twitter when you follow it. There’s a good opportunity for people to follow you in your own niche and share your topics.

I can also follow about 20 percent of those I follow when we have to speak in numbers.

But how do you, first of all, find the right people to follow?

Naturally, the first dozen Twitter users whom you meet should not be just visited. You have strategically to think.

5. Think about your email signature

You will receive a lot of e-mails as a blogger.

And in e-mails, it is probably the most “personal” way of communicating in the world of online. That means most of the individuals to whom you email are probably interested in remaining in touch.

The simplest thing you can do is to create some kind of signature. It’s a simple matter. At the end of each email, you write and send the signature is automatically inserted.

If you are a Yahoo user, you can easily set your signature next to your profile image by going to the wrench icon on the right side of the page. You can select “Mail Options” and go to “Signature.” Everything is up to your creativity now. If you want, you can include fantastic images and HTML.
